Theres a description of each type of material on each product page. There should be a question mark or something by the material name "cyberskin". It will let you know all the dets.

I personally think those ratings scare people off certain materials which is sad cause cyberskin and UR3 is the most realistic feeling material out there.
Most of my realistic dildos are cyberskin and I LOVE them! I have never had any health issues from them - I've even practiced things that people would have a fit over if I mention it here and yet ... no worries at all.
I don't think it's as bad as everyone makes out. But, their loss.
I thoroughly enjoy using cyberskin toys and that won't be changing any time soon!

That being said, if you're highly prone to infections, you might prefer to stick to silicone or other non-porous materials.
