What are the differences between Glass and Silicone in your experiences?

Glass vibrators
What is the appeal for a glass vibrator? I don't really understand, and I would think it would be really buzzy? Am I totally wrong?

Clit-O-Steel Vs. Eroscillator
We are looking at adding the Eroscillator to our collection. From what we have researched there are 2 to choose from. Is there a difference between.

Glass Dildos
Ive never played with any type of glass toy. Im curious about them. Would anyone like to share their experiences? Pros and Cons?

Tough call - if you haven't tried out anything really hard like glass, it's hard to say if you'd like it. I love it, and my second anal toy (after a silicone plug) was this:

One thing to keep in mind is that glass, because it's so rigid, generally feels bigger than it actually is. Also, be very careful with thrusting, since it can bruise you. If you're curious about glass toys I'd say start small at first.

As for jelly, I got one jelly dildo as a gift and I hate it. I can only use it with a condom (which I generally don't do since I don't share toys) since I had a bad reaction to the material. I would never buy a jelly toy to use anally. NEVER.

Glass feels amazing, and I personally dislike jelly products. Plus glass can be used for awesome temperature play!

Glass, steel, or silicone -- great choices. Jelly is always bad.

Definitely glass. Jelly just has too much of a bad reputation now.

Out of all materials, i prefer silicone. I've never used glass before, but I feel like it would too hard and would hurt. Jelly can be good as long as you take the time to properly clean it.

Jelly is a bad material. If you just want to consider how hard glass is to a soft material then MissMori had a pretty good response.

I love glass!!!!! Never tried jelly..... I know it is not a "safe" product, but might eventually try it to see what I personally think.

If you want a safe toy that is soft, try silicone. Some silicones are harder than others and Tantus makes toys with 2 layers of silicone - inner hard, outer soft. Don't go with Jelly - its dangerous to use and it cannot be sanitized like glass or silicone can be.

Glass is a lot safer than jelly -- which is why I prefer glass.

For softer materials, you might want to consider silicone. Silicone is completely body safe, but it's very soft, too.

I say glass, I'm anxious on getting my glass toy. After hearing so much about jelly I don't even bother looking at anything that is jelly.
