Is anyone privy to the shelf-life of this body paint? I really would like to purchase it, but I don't have any use for it in the near future. I was hoping to purchase it and store it for a while. Thanks.

If someone messages you about this query privately, would you mind sharing? Bought this a month ago, and so far it's not deteriorated, but it'd be good to know how long it's good for. I don't see an expiration date on it anywhere.

Great question! I don't have the answer, but I'd love to find out as well.

Actually, I have quite a few products I would like to know shelf-life for.. It bugs me when there is no expiry date on products.

Hmm, that's a good point. They really should include an expiration or at least a "best by" date on edible products. Looking at the ingredients and doing research on each one could give you your answer, but that work shouldn't fall to the consumer.

One good sign is that it doesn't have any oil. Oil based products will go rancid eventually.

I wouldn't think it would expire at all, the ingredients only consist of water, salt, artificial flavoring, artificial coloring, and corn starch...all of which are pretty shelf stable.

I never even thought about this but there definitely should be some kind of mention of expiration on the container. Kind of like make-up has 12 months or something.

This was a really good question. I think that edible products should have an expiration date printed on the label somewhere.

Perhaps it's listed on the package itself? Usually edible items will have a stamp on them somewhere with an expiry date if they are perishable. I can't find any details about it on the product page sadly.
