TPR Silicone = 10 Safety?

Miss Cinnamon Miss Cinnamon
I was just looking at the new products released today, and one of them had a safety rating of 10, so I checked the material--it's TPR Silicone. In the past, I've only seen TPR Silicone rated as a 6 on the materials safety scale. Why did this change? Is it truly as safe as a pure silicone toy? To my knowledge, you can't throw a TPR Silicone toy into a pot of boiling water to sterilize--can anyone enlighten me on this change?

The material safety is updated within 24 hours after new product is released.

This product was incorrectly marked as Silicone and get safety rank 10 at first. It was changed to TPR silicone then. Unfortunately there is a delay with safety rating calculation, which is automatic. The safety rank for this product should have appropriate for TPR silicone rating 6 by now.
