TPR Silicone isn't the same as Silicone. It is somewhat porous and cannot be sterilized.

I'm not so sure - perfect sterilization is difficult to achieve for any toy. I have a couple of TPR toys that I wipe with alcohol to sanitize and have never had any issues - like those experienced with jelly for example.

Perfect no - acceptable, probably.

Not the way silicone, glass, and metal can be sterilized by boiling, but regular cleaning with toy cleaner and proper storage will keep it clean enough, provided you don't share between partners or orifices without using a condom.
