Im looking for mostly massage type items. I thought it might be cool to have something like the Uma or Sweet embrace as a massager too. Their shapes would work perfect for shoulders and neck massages. Has anyone ever used them like this before? If so, did it work well? Anyone have any ideas as to which ones would work best for this?

Have you looked at the wands that are made for massage like Hitachi, Wahl, Fairy, Mystic Wand etc. With that being said, the only one on that list that I have is Uma and I haven't tried it for muscle massage. We have the Black Magic Super Bullet and it is pretty strong for massage although it does have buzzy vibrations.

for a massage, i'd use a wand. the hitachi is a cumbersome but popular choice.. there's always the wahl, which is my personal favorite. they give deep, rumbly vibrations, and are more suited for deep tissue vibrations. any of these would be buzzy vibes, it appears. i could be wrong though... maybe they're not. in my experience though, toys like those you've listed have buzzy vibes, and are not conducive to massage. they just end up making you go numb.
