Most things porous but mostly jelly! It melts, it's messy, it gets sticky and collects lint! I owned one jelly toy and it was thrown out almost immediately. Mostly I won't buy anything less hygienic than plastic. Non body safe materials scare the crap out of me.

jelly toys and jelly mixed toys. they smell BAD and can't be completely cleaned, which seriously shortens the toy's life span. I won't buy anything if it doesn't have a high ranking in the Eden safety scale.

My least favourite material found in any toys is nickel. It gives me a terrible itchy rash that is in no way erotic or fun, and lasts up to three weeks after exposure. I know when a metal item has nickel in it because when it touches my skin, I feel it start to burn RIGHT AWAY.
It is my feeling that any site that sells toys that contain nickel (especially fetish wear like harnesses and such), they should either also sell nickel-free alternatives, or products like nickel-guard to make their site more accessible to people with metal/nickel allergies.

I just like safe toys... I'm sticking to silicone, glass, and metal at this point in time (my Freestyle G and Pirate Pendants Vibe are the only exceptions, and they're plastic). I like sticking with stuff that's completely body safe.

I haven't tried many of these materials but the worst, so far, is Jelly. I just read a review of a masturbator made from rubber. That sounds awful and I have no plans on trying it (unless it's assigned).

The reason I dislike it is because it is the one and only material that irritates my lady bits to no other. It makes me sad too, because the Tommy Blade Sensafirm penis I have is exquisite. I just can't use it because it makes meel really sore and irritated.

JELLY. It's gross and not safe, and can do horrible things to your body. But everyone buys them because they are cheap, most people don't even know the dangers or to atleast wear a condom over them- though chemicals can still get through.

I can't really vote fairly because I've only used ABS and TPR toys, but cyberskin and the like don't appeal to me because you have to dust it so it keeps its shape and particles become stuck in it. Seems like a lot of upkeep.
