I have a hard time reaching orgasm and I've read that kegels are supposed to help, but I'm not sure where to start really. Would I be better off with something like the Key Stella I, or the Key Stella II? How often and for how long should I wear them? Thanks

To be honest with you, Kegel balls aren't really that effective; I'd suggest Kegel training with the Energie or dildos with similar shape -- you'll get better results that way.

And talking about orgasm -- is foreplay a part of your routine? It's much easier to achieve orgasm when you have good foreplay using fingers/toys/oral.

Of course, you don't need Kegel balls or other devices in order to do Kegel exercises.
