Hey everyone!
OK, so I can only orgasm if I'm on hands and knees and my standby, good 'ol technique is humping on a pillow, preferably with some sort of vibrating thing on it. I have mostly used vibrating dildos or other toys for this purpose in the past which works, but is a pain because they roll around, etc.

A little money but the Hitachi and the Liberator Axis. I have the Hitachi and it is wonderful. I am working on convincing my husband to get another liberator. We have the wedge/ramp combo. Oh and I agree with Antipova on the Cone. Looks sturdy enough not to roll around but you would have to watch the positioning.

You might want to consider the Liberator Wing or Pulse to hold the vibrators you already have in place.
