As this toy isnot 100& silicone, does this mean it is not boilable? Also, if tried could the inner balls be taken out to clean?

The reviews mention that the balls can be removed (although I'd do it carefully) and then the silicone could be boiled. I wouldn't boil them without removing the balls.
