I have 2 different kind and enjoy using them. I typically take awhile to achieve the Big O and only from external clit stimulation. The clit clamps help speed the process along by cutting off the blood supply than when released they are at a very sensitive state allowing extreme pleasure in my case.

I have the one where you slide on and it dangles balls at the end so when being penetrated it bounces on his ball sack creating added activity. This one is my preferred style.
