I am looking for advice on an effective erection cream that really works. I have looked at a lot of ads and now I am totally confused.

I am looking for a topical product to apply my penis to enhance my erection. I don't want something that deadens my feeling or prolongs my orgasm. I want topical product that I can apply before sex and that makes my erection firmer.

Any good experiences guys?
