What an admirable goal, but keep in mind that you can't even "make" anyone do anything..even if her mind wants to, her body might not, and sometimes the pressure can make it even more impossible.
However, I worship the Pure Wand by Njoy, and both me and a former partner had our first ejaculation experiences with it. Just remember, relax, have fun, and it's more likely to happen when you're not stressed about it.

The very best book, IMO, would be "Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot" by Deborah Sundahl. Seriously. Until I read it, I did not know that women were ejaculating thousands of years ago and it was extremely common. I also didn't know that a woman could ejaculate without an orgasm, or that the g-spot has ridges, a body and a tail. She gives techniques and sexual positions and talks about doing it solo or with partners. She also describes a typical workshop where she teaches women to find the g-spot. The book was a big help for me.

Interesting...I have a question. Is "squirting" or "female ejaculation" like peeing? When I have used my rabbit, sometimes I get intense orgasims and I feel like I'm peeing. I've had to put towels down on the floor in the bathroom (No, not the most comfortable place, but the easiest to clean and have some privacy). Is there a difference? I'll have to check into that book as well!!

Like those before me, I'd caution you that squirting can't be forced. In fact, if your girlfriend feels pressured into squirting, she probably will be too self-conscious to actually have it happen.
I know because I am a squirter (I'm pretty pro at it, lol). The position that *always* works for me is the "Deep Stick" (go here for more info: link). Make sure she is comfortable and that you do not take it too rough. Like I said, this position is absolutely incredible for squirting.

Yes, squirting is kinda like peeing. At least, the sensation is very similar. However, the ejaculate is not purely urine (although it does contain some elements found in urine).
I used to be very self-conscious about my squirting... My boyfriend had never been with a girl who was capable of female ejaculation before, so he thought I was peeing on him Luckily, I did some research and found that I'm not a bed-wetter, just very lucky!

For me position is everything. A few pillows under the shoulders helps me get the right angle on things when masturbating. I have not had the opprotunity yet with a man though, so can not advise there.
Also of note, at first it was easier for me to ejaculate with toys that were larger around and it took a lot of fast, hard thrusting. Now I can do it with smaller G spot toys but it still takes a lot of thrusting and of course the pillows under my shoulders.
