I've heard of people cutting water bottles in half and using electrical tape to cover up the cut-off top/lid part, filling them with water and freezing them to make a rather girthy ice dildo. I'm not much into temperature play, but from what I've heard it works great, given the right water bottle. Something like the Cascade Ice ones, since they don't have a bunch of ridges that would prevent the ice from coming out. Putting a little olive oil on the inside would help keep the ice from sticking too.
