I just tried my first glass toy last night. Although I loved it, sometimes as my hubby was thrusting it, it would hit my pubic bone..ouch!does anyone else have this issue?

I have had that happen! Glass is just so hard of a material. I tend to only use glass by myself, since I have more control over where it's going. (no offense, hubby!)

I haven't had this problem but if you are allowing a partner to use the toy on you, you need to have open communication. Without that you can cause major damage and bruising. I have only allowed one of my partners use a glass toy on me as they were super gentle.

As much as I love it, I have to admit that glass is pretty unforgiving. I've suspected that I've bruised myself before, and that's even knowing what I'm doing and being in complete control of the toy... I'd never let a partner use it on me because you really need to be aware of how much power you're putting into your thrusts.

Yeah, I've had that happen a few times. Overall, I find that glass is still worth it.
The pros of such a wonderful material outweigh the cons of it being so rigid, at least for me.

I've seen the glass ones with designs on the sides - particularly the one with red hearts on the outside. I'd imagine that'd hurt pretty bad. Anyone have experience with textured glass like that??
