The iStim is very powerful and also can be used as a pain blocker for back aches, etc. It has 7 modes of pulsation and you dial each electrode pad separately. You can go from a faint tingle to full muscle clench. See my review: link

You can get a TENS machine on Amazon that's almost identical to Nexus iStim for about 40 dollars.

Exactly, the istim is basally just a repackaged TENs; no need to spread so much when you can get smiler products for a fraction of the price.

I have the fetish fantasy and it is a good intro model for those curious.

I think it depends one what you want it for. Back pain, I'd honestly go for iStim, but that's the only think I'd use it for. I'd go check out amazon.

i just got the fetish fantasy one recently and it is PLENTY powerful, i would start with it and see if its something you want to put more money into later.
