okay, so I'm about 44-45 ish in size, and my girlfriend is about 37. Which size should I get? should I get size A, 20 to 50 inches, or size B, 35-60 inches? I will be trying to lose weight soon, but it won't be soon enough for the harness. (we are in a long distance relationship and she'll be here for a short visit in less than a month. I can't lose a lot of weight in a month.)

I'd got with size B. Because it fits her size and it allows room for you as well. Size A might be cutting it too close to your size.
