Questions about Kegel exercisers...

Contributor: SMichelle SMichelle
I've tried a wide variety of sex toys, but I've yet to try a kegal exerciser. I've just spent the past hour or so looking at all of the ones offered on EF, and reading several reviews... and I'm kind of confused. I can't figure out what ones I should go for! I really, really wanted Ami, but Ami seems to have been out of stock for a really long time, and I'm getting very impatient, so it's time to consider other options...

So, maybe you can help me out...

I've never had kids -- if that matters. I always see people talking about kegal exercisers, and whether or not they've had kids, so... yeah. I have not.

But... one ball, or two balls? Hard or soft? Big or small? I just can't figure it out.

Help?

I've had the Ami, and I find it just so dang huge. I have found all the traditional kegel exercisers are just too big and not heavy enough. (I've had the Ben Wa balls, Smartballs and a couple of the cheaper variety as well)

I recently bought Intensity (link to my review and I bought it for kegel exercising), and within even one week of using it twice a day for about an hour each time, I have noticed a difference. And now after about a month of using it, I've noticed a HUGE difference.

Although, SinFive has come out with their new heavier vaginal exerciser that you might want to wait for.

Kira knows a great deal about these. She is whose brain I pick when I can't decide. She has the smart balls, Ami, Luna balls, and a bunch more.

She recommended that I pick that Ami, but since that was out of stock, she recommended Luna beads. I ordered the regular because I have the bedroom Kandi balls, which are the same size as the Mini Luna balls. I think those are a little too small for my taste. I love the Luna balls. They are extremely comfortable.

The Intensity seems great, but I just can't justify spending SO much n it. And it's SO large... I live somewhere where I need to be able to easily hide toys right now. I can't imagine it being easy to hide the Intensity.

I have the ben wa balls, they go give you a work out, I also have the uno and duo. The uno and duo are bigger and you really don't have to work at keeping them in. The intensity rocks and works really well. I have the Ami balls coming this week. I want a vagina of steel. But when just using the ben wa balls I was able to decrease the sneeze and pee issues!!

I like the Crystal Premium Glass Kegel that I was assigned and gave it 4 stars. I submitted my review for it yesterday, but I have no idea when it will go live.

By the way, it's "Kegel" for Dr. Arnold Kegel.

I noticed the most difference using the intensity, but if that is too expensive for now I would suggest the kegelcisor. I have the energie which is similar, but unfortunatly no longer avalible. I have ben wa balls, and emigi, which are fun and feel nice, but gave me no improvement on the "gracie sneeze-o-meter"! The intensity and energie really help!

I'm really tempted by the intensity...and it IS affordable right now. I'm more worried about discretion. My understanding is that the Intensity is quite loud, and I kinda need something that could be used while others are around, without them wondering what I'm doing.

Storage, too.. The intensity looks SO big. I know it wouldn't fit in either of my current toy boxes, but I could always put it under the bed in a tote, so that's not really a huge issue... just the noise.

And then there's the whole electricity thing that kind of scares me... I keep imagining that it'll hurt.
