Sorry for the delay in responding! I love this Crystal premium glass kegel wand. It's like a month-long workout for your vagina
Week one you insert the top 3 glass balls into your vagina and squeeze your kegel muscles to hold it in place. I squeeze for 6 seconds and then release. Squeeze again for 6 seconds... and do this squeezing and releasing 10 times in the morning and 10 times at night.
Week two you insert the top 2 glass balls into your vagina and squeeze to hold it in place, then continuing with your squeezing and releasing exercises.
Week three you insert the top 1 glass ball in and continue your squeezing and releasing exercises.
Week four you turn the Crystal glass kegel wand upside down to the single small glass ball and insert this single ball only. Continue your squeezing and releasing exercises.
By the end of the month, your kegel muscles are STRONG and conditioned. I just do a few exercises a week now to keep in shape. And the great thing about glass is that it's so hygienic and can be warmed up, cooled down, cleaned in the dishwasher...
