How many of you have used either the Kegel Balls or Kegel Eggs? If you use them do you prefer to use ones with a retrieval cord or not?

I recently got these Crystal Premium Glass Eggs as my FIRST every kegel item. I tried one out today an it slide in easily but I never felt it move when I was doing kegels, I went to remove it an it did NOT want to come out!!! I haven't had any kids but prefer to keep my girly bits tightened and do kegels without any type of balls but wanted to try them out. Needless to say I thought "OMG ER Trip" when they didn't want to come out. I had to sit on the potty and push as hard as I could to get the ONE egg to come out.

Have you had this happen?

I have never got them stuck, as in can't get them out. There have been times when they were difficult to retrieve, but never stuck. If I have problems, I just sit on the toilet, relax, and reach in and get them.

Yeah I tried that an I couldn't reach them, I had to PUSH to get the one I had in out! Needless to say it made a big kurplunk hitting the bottom of the toilet I don't think I will be using them again. My cousin got the same set I did an her's moved around but she has had 2 kids as well.

I don't have a problem using kegel exercisers without a retrieval cord, but the ones I've used aren't as slim as your Crystal glass eggs, I believe the size makes a difference during retrieval.

My first pair didn't have a cord. I had to dig up inside me to get them out. I wasn't thrilled about it. Now I'll only use the ones with the cords.

I've never had anything get truly stuck, though on a couple occasions I had to squat down and push to help things along. I generally don't do so over the toilet - more often the bathroom floor, and I make sure my hands are right there to either catch or pull. I've only needed to do this a few times with corded kegel beads (and once with my Diva Cup), so I don't know how much harder a smooth, cordless egg is to retrieve.

i've never had one get stuck but i only use ones with a retrieval cord because i'm TERRIFIED that i wouldnt be able to get them out otherwise lol

I've never gotten anything stuck, I don't know how you COULD, you could just use your kegels to push them out haha

That's why I prefer a cord because it's hard to go in and out.

I have those eggs....they get pretty far up there but if I usually push like giving birth they come out really easy.

I have had three children, but have never had an issue with not being tight enough. I've worried about it getting to that point when I'm older, so I got a set of the glass ben wa balls (that are no longer sold on Eden). The SAME issue that you did, and I was able to remove them using the same menthod. Needless to say, I refuse to get another set that doesn't have a cord!!

They literally did NOT want to come out, using my kegels moved them UPWARD instead of up and down. I normally do kegels WITHOUT anything.

They can't go too far north as to be lost forever....but things can get tricky to get out. I have had Kegel toys get lodged up around my cervix, and once had a tampon that had it's string pull out and decide to try to hide up there.

Take comfort that things can't be truly "lost"....an d most times if you relax, find a good position that gives you a deep reach and bear down you can get a sweep of it to move it somewhere easier to grab.

Doing Kegels where you tighten and hold your muscles will bring things up inside you more....try pushing out and relaxing and repeat that.

They will never actually get stuck. Unlike the rectum the vagina is meant to be two way. Have things go in and come out. It may be hard to remove, but never actually an issue.

I prefer the ones with the strings and also those barbell shaped exercisers like the Energie because most of the time I don't like having the balls shoved up in there over any length of time.

If they feel "stuck" and you can't get them out, just squat down on the floor and push. They will fall out. I don't know why you guys are doing this on the toilet. Why would you want to fish them out of bowl?!

I know they can't get "lost" per say but hard to get out.
The reason I did it over the toilet was for the simple fact that I could't sweep it out or pull it out with my fingers. A slight push did nothing so I had to push hard to get it out, in turn resulted in my urinating, I am sorry I would rather either fish it out of the toilet then piss on the floor. Either way I got it out and they won't be going back in EVER.

She may or may not have a problem with them. My cousin has the same ones an she had no issue what so ever retrieving them.

I've never had kegel balls but I am really afraid of them getting stuck
