I'm looking for an exerciser that will help me improve my PC muscles. Right now I'm looking at the Energie and the Kegelcisor. The two products have great reviews, but I'm wondering which is more effective. What else can I do to help improve my PC muscles?

I'm a little bummed out to hear from my boyfriend that I don't feel that tight, and I'd like to be able to blow his mind away the next time we meet.

I wouldnt worry to much about impressing him to much, and i hope that he has many many good points that i just dont know about. That aside....



They do the same thing but one is more expensive. The energie is also way cuter
