Need help choosing some kegel balls!

I've never used them, so I'm a complete beginner. Also, I don't know if this matters at all as far as the size/weight of them, but I'm almost 26 with no kids and no plans to have any. I'm looking for something with a string so they can be retrieved easily. Thanks!
