My wife is the same - I've bought her some nipple jewelry that she doesn't even like to wear because it pinches. There are a lot of ladies on this site who love them - hopefully they will weight in for you.

There are several prior threads on this topic that are full of suggestions - look around a bit and you'll find plenty of advice.

I've tried several and found that 'Bull nose nipple jewelry' is the best. the kinda look scary but there not. Also the best way to us clamps is to use the 'mini nipple suckers'. The "nipple jewelry" is great because once you find whats comfortable you can leave them like that when you take them of so no too hot too cold situations
