I would recommend something like this. Most women unless they have a REALLY deep vagina don't really need the extra length. Girth however is usually a great addition. Who could turn down extra stimulation on top of that?

Thats a good point about the dildo. I don't think that most people would have thought of that.

sleeves and extenders as a while are fun, both for real penises, and for various dildos and vibrators. it makes things a little different and exciting. the biggest problem for me is that they tend to slide a bit when used heavily
