My husband uses them. They increase his size while he's using them but it seems like as soon as he's done with it he goes right back to the size he once was. Basically, it increases the blood supply in your shaft and temporarily engorges your penis. They can have scary side effects such as:

* Hemorrhagic spots on the penis (petechiae)
* Numbness or coldness of the penis
* Pain or bruising of the penis
* A sense of trapped semen during ejaculation or delayed ejaculation

Yikes, that doesn't sound like fun. I know it increases blood supply in your shaft but I have also heard some people like the feel o it. From men to women, is this true as well?

I think they work if you expect what they can realistically do, and not something beyond that. Penis pumps aren't magic, and are temporary. The important thing is to use them responsibly- limit time to 20 minutes, don't go overboard with pressure, etc. Some people like the feeling that they give.

My partner and I used on out of the same curiosity. I thought they only really made a difference on smaller men but that isn't true. He is large already and it made him even harder, thicker, and longer for a period of about 45 minutes.
