It doesn't look like EF carries it, but I would ask around and see what people think of the Sqweel. It's supposed to be for 'simulated oral sex' which sounds like just what you're looking for

Second this. We don't have one, but I "played" with one in a sex shop. The little tongues feel really soft and amazing. I've been contemplating getting Mrs. Peg one.

I agree with the previous posters, Sqweel is the way to go for simulated oral. They just came out with a bunch of new wheels that you can switch up, and an attachment that can hold a vibrator so that you can have penetration at the same time as using the Sqweel. Very cool. I definitely want one, I wish EF carried it.
