Why do you want an elongated kegal exerciser? I would go with balls, my preference. the crystal ones look the nicest. the long ones just don't seem as comfy.

I have the Energie exerciser and voted for it.
The glass choices aren't going to give you the weight and resistance that the Energie and Kegelcisor, both made of metal, will. energie is cheaper because it isn't solid steel - it's a metal composite coated in safe plastic. It does the trick MUCH more effectively than kegel balls, which are mainly just fun.
My second choice would be the Kegelcisor for much the same reasons. Both come with instructions. I just feel that energie is pretty tough to beat unless you need something pretty and stainless steel.

I agree, why would you want a vertical glass Kegael exercisor, balls are the answer and vibrating balls are even better! I would recomend the Jopen Vr1 balls.

The Energie is definitely the best out of all of those. It's weighted, it's affordable and it works MUCH faster than the others (because of the weight). Seriously. It's not as pretty as the others, but it is MUCH better and works better (also MUCH better than balls which are pretty useless).
