I'm stunned that EF has so few good cock rings. I would go for a metal Gear Essentials ring like the Omega - but it seems that you'll have to shop somewhere else to find it.

If you (or the person you're giving this to) is inexperienced with cock rings, I'd go for a stretchable one, as they are much easier to put on and take off. The Super Soft Cock Ring from Tantus isn't a bad ring. It's fairly tight, pretty easy to take on and off, and is pretty affordable (made of silicone, too, so it doesn't smell nasty and should hold up for awhile).

If you're looking for a super-inexpensive ring that you can get a lot of uses out of and works wonderfully (at least for me), try the Ring-O. It won't last forever, but it's a great little ring that pops on and off very easily and creates a nice tight fit. It gets a little tight on me during long-term use, but it's so easy to pull off. I always buy a few at a time, because other guys want to try one (and take them home).

While solid metal rings look nicer, they won't fit all men the same, and if you give him one that's too tight, it could actually turn into an unpleasant situation. Too loose, and it won't work right. If you prefer to gift him a nice metal ring, I'd actually first buy one of those multi-ring starter kits that have different sized rings, so you know which circumference he's working with.
