So im new to the idea of using a cock ring. I dont have any problems staying hard or lasting a good amount of time. If anything to long at times, but i was wondering what are the true benifits of a cock ring. Someone like to chime in and break it down for us from eprsonal use please?

The primary purpose of a cock ring like the one you selected is to strengthen an erection and prolong ejaculation. It sounds like you have no need for prolonging ejaculation, so the only reason you might want one is to get an even stronger erection. If it is sized right and provides enough restriction, a ring will restrict blood flow out of the penis so that the blood will be trapped there. They should be used in a reasonable manner. If there is numbness in the penis or it starts turning blue, get that thing off of there. Otherwise, limit the use of the ring to less than 30 minutes with at least 20 minutes between uses.

All good advise - I never used a ring until recently. For a guy nearing 60 - the help keeping and strengthening an erection is invaluable. Until I reached 50, I didn't really need one.
One side benefit is that it does make me just a little larger - my wife notices this in two ways - she has a harder time deep-throating me - and I stimulate her a-spot better when I have it on. Mind you the benefit is subtle - but hey - every little bit helps - because contrary to the myth - size does matter!

I like the way they feel on me. But I have to say that they do nothing to help my erection last longer. I got a Bo Pleasure Object for Valentines Day, hoping it would help, but just like always, I got a good hard on, put the ring on, felt great with it vibrating, but still lost my erection 5 minutes later.
