Just to add clarity. We use a silicone ring that goes around cock and balls - not just a the penis. I haven't found the penis only designs effective for me.

Although I have a metal one and like to use it once in a while, if you go that way sizing is critical - whereas with the silicone there is a little stretch that makes it easier to put on and more comfortable to wear.
