A regular cock ring that fits around the cock and behind the scrotum really doesn't tighten enough to maintain the kind of erection that the medical "tension rings" can. It is however, a real pain in the ass to finally find the correct size "tension ring". Most of them are way too tight.

So that really does work well? Did your insurance cover it?? My husband is on the stupid Medicare Pup plan and I need to contact them. He is a type one diabetic who turns 50 this fall.

Insurance paid 80% of mine. It works fairly well providing a usable erection. I prefer using either Cialis or Viagra, but since insurance only pays for 6 pills per month we use the pump until the next month supply of pills arrive.
