ok, so this toy has a removeable clitoral stimulator, but it does not looke very secure. Would this be a issue of falling out of the silicone? has any one had this problem?

Looking closely at the pictures, it seems like there's an indentation around the stimulator for the ring to fit into, which might make it more stable.

There's a few reviews on it - have you checked them out?

Exactly - the indentation in the bump makes the bump secure!

But it's still removable... Though, even removable, what would you put it with in order to 'keep' that clitoral stimulation?

The fact that it's removable makes me a bit nervous as well. I can imagine that as it's used it would start loosening up a little, and "removable" would slowly transition into "falling out"
