I have a Bathmate x40. It works great for increasing girth not so much for length. I would recomend it for girth increases only but you must use it regularly.

I use a Hydro Max x40 to increase penile sensation. I take pain pills for a very bad back and naturally they have caused some loss of feeling in my penis. I figured that by useing a pump to pull more blood into the shaft and head I may regain some sensation. I did get some back not much, but boy have I gain girth. So I guess it's been a win win for her and I.

I advise not over using any pumps. Few yrs later your stretched skin with hanging out. And you may lose some sensitivity. It's nice to have an enlarged penis but not worth the after effects. You might even have issues getting it up few yrs later.
