Penis pumps do not truly increase the size of your penis. They might swell it up a bit and will temporarily pull more blood into your member giving a slightly harder erection, but that does not make your penis bigger, just temporarily more firm. There is no product on the market that will make you permanently larger. Surgery is the only way to get even a slight increase in size. Reply
