I have used them three times in the past. My erection is normally 7" long and 5-5/8" around. While using the penis pump I attained over 9" in length and 6.25" around...but this was only while in the tube. The instant I pulled it out it deflated and wasn't really hard at all. I tried a cock-ring to keep the blood in after I removed my penis from the pump, but it didn't really keep the blood in and my "erection" was pretty soft, although large. I am not convinced in anyway that a penis pump works for sex, and can actually be dangerous when not used correctly.

Why would any one want to sit or walk around stretching their penis for hours and hours a day. Its not going to work. The only thing your going to do is damage the tissue and burst the blood vessels, which can cause serious damage sometimes resulting in surgery.
