You have to put your penis in a very cold water – this should cause it to shrink and go soft, allowing you to slip off the ring.
For future reference, ALWAYS use lube.

ALWAYS use lube when using a penis ring!! If using lube or EF Expert idea doesn't help I would try stretch it alittle and cut it off lol.

Cut it off very carefully and if all other ideas fail, go to the ER. Better to lose your pride than your penis!
