The top gauge looks the best out of the four, but reading the reviews like Kendra suggested is your best bet.

If he's going to want to do it in the shower or tub (warm water promotes blood flow), don't get one with a gauge. Also, save the money and go with with a trigger handle. The bulbs tend to be PITAs. Some folks like the gauge because it gives them something to look at as guideline, but since it varies from person to person, those guidelines don't really mean much.

I included a vote for the Mighty man, but if he's got the potential to be longer than 7" he'll have an issue with it. It's covered in my review of it.

I've pumped for quite awhile now, never using gauges, but ALWAYS listening to my body. Go slow, don't push it too soon, and ENJOY!!

Read the reviews. If it's your first time, avoid buying the most expensive. It might be a disappointment, and you wouldn't like to have lost all your money on it
