If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that it says "5-speed" because there are 5 snaps and the manufacturer was trying to be clever with their titling. It does not vibrate, it's just a leather strap with snaps on it.

false advertising in other words. I imagine you probably get many returns on this item. This is an example though of the usefulness of reviews. It should not be advertised with that wording.
