@Blinker - by itself, it won't do anything but as it's designed to be attached to an iStim (which is similar to a TENS device), it could give quite a large jolt. I know that even simple battery operated TENS-like units can be very uncomfortable at even low settings for some people and I just can't imagine anyone attaching this to their dick. I would really like to hear from other that may have used this though - maybe I'm wrong and they really like it.
