I prefer it to have two rings. I just like the extra support and the feel. However, a two-ring Maximus that I used off-and-on (mostly off...until recently) had the cock ring break.

So until I get a new one soon, I've been using the larger ring around both my cock and balls.

I prefer a "true" cockring that goes around the penis and balls but the "penis base" ones are ok as well.. especially if they have a decent clit stimulator in them as well.

I suggest two things. 1st measure take a thread or string and wrap it around the area to be 'contained' - that's roughly the size you need. Probably about 2".

2nd I would start by buying a set of flexible silicone rings and try them out link. If you find something that works and want to move up to something like steel - you'll know the correct size - remembering that there is zero give with metal.

FYI - the proper method to put on a ring is one testicle at a time - followed by 'threading' the penis through - obviously the penis must be flaccid. Because of the stretch I can get away with semi-erect when using a silicone ring - but when wearing a metal one - I've got to be stone cold soft to get it on.
