I see comments that you need a sleeve with a pump, and WHOOSH that went over my head!

<---See the black part at the bottom of the tube? That is the sleeve, it allows the pump to create a seal around the base of the penis. That way you do not have to rely on the pubic area for the seal. Pretty much a must have.
