My hubby prefers the air ones due the versatility and portableness of the pumps. We use them for recreation though--not for medical or growth reasons.

i recieved a pump for free around xmas buying some things for my wife. always wondered if they worked. its an adam and eve basic pump. as far as erection...i couldnt keep it soft or semi. it make it rock hard instantly lol. but size....i didnt see a difference. seemed like it just sucked itself into my crotch more than plumping my penis...iv used a few times a week. havent touched it since. just my experience with it
