ummm i'd have to say that i love using my wedge for everything that it can be used for, even as a foot rest, or propping my legs up while on my laptop laying down. i love it for doggie style sex with my gf and i love laying on it myself while she gives me a blow job or two. it's great for many things, no matter the favorite, haha.

My favorite position on the wedge is easily to use it for elevating the hips. You can lie on your back and rest your hips on the Wedge to have your hips elevated into a good-for-sex position.
