I have, obviously since I wrote a review lol. No, they don't throw the mood off at all. They stay near or in the tub.

I haven't tried these yet, but I don't think that grabbing two knee pads is a lot different from grabbing a pillow for support when you're already in the middle of something. Never killed the mood for us!

I've used them and they don't really throw the mood off at all. It's like Valentinka says, not much different than grabbing a pillow for support in the middle of it. Oral sex is a lot better if one person isn't wincing because their knees hurt
