Really? Do you? Because this isn't a blow up bed, it's a fitted sheet that you place over your own mattress...

I'm not sure what you are asking. Blow up beds? No I don't like them. However, Sportsheets Bed Sheet Bondage -- Yes ! Love it. It is a sheet, not a bed.

This is SO worth the money! I thought the same thing, but the quality and versatility sold me on it. This allows for so many more positions than your typical under the mattress restraint system. Plus I have seen too many cuffs break when they get pulled too roughly. When you factor in the money you pay to replace them, this is worth it. The Velcro is actually as strong as it shows and the cuffs can be used without the sheet and anchor pads so, it is like two gifts in one. Invest in it, you won't be sorry. I wouldn't try to play on an inflatable mattress. I would quickly end up on the floor. I also thought this sheet set was too expensive for "a set of sheets," but I ended up linking it. The pads are positionable anywhere on the mattress, making them much more versatile than other underbed restraints. The velcro is strong, and the cuffs are fairly comfy.
