What is the most pleasurable swing out there? And are they safe to use if I only have one arm? I'm a little nervous about using contraptions after my last accident. I would be willing to try a sex swing as long as I'm not taking too much of a risk.

thats a good question, that I have never thought of before. I guess that you could use one with only one arm. You would need to hold on, unless you were to make some additions to the swing. I suppose you could install the swing over your bed. That would make it only 1 foot or so above the surface, making the fall a safe one. And if your swing was able to spin......that would be some good times.
I have the pleasure swing. It is a high quality item. I have not had one problem with mine in the 3 years we have had it.
