Do they really support or do they just flatten when you lay on them?

I can't speak for other companies, but if you get the pillows from Liberator, they really support! Many of them are able to hold up the full weight of a couple during lovemaking. The smaller ones may squish down a wee bit, but not by much, and they always pop right back up into shape.

Yes they work, most of them do anyways! However I think most pillows work just as well

Yes, in certain positions. I have the Liberator Jaz and I find it better than pillows that slip and slide all over.

liberator shapes support alot of weight. Ours have never flattened out.
