the liberator jazz, we use it all the time for this position. It is too bad that eden no longer sells liberator products. I would try one of the smaller wedges that eden no carries. You dont need anything too big for this position. big will only get in the way.

Yes. Smaller is better in this case. Larger pillows meant for this position would not only get in the way, but be too large, uncomfortable and lift your upper half too high to where your spine will start to hurt.
