I have a Salsa, which can certainly hit 5 vrooms as far as I'm concerned. But I find it hard to believe that it's to intense. Though I guess it depends on a person's individual sensitivity.

Are 5 vrooms to much for you

Not too much for me, I require 5 vrooms, but I'm not very sensitive and have a hard time climaxing.

I know rating vrooms can get very subjective, but to me, I would only rate things like the plug-in Hitachi or Wahl as 5 vrooms. Most toys that don't plug in generally top out at 4 or 4.5 vrooms in my opinion. 4 vrooms is plenty for me though.

To help me standardize my ratings, I always use the same toy - a fully charged MiMi. I have found it really helpful to have something concrete to compare different toys to so my ratings (since I started doing that) have been more consistent I think. That also helps me rate a toy's buzziness - to me that can make a big difference in the amount of power needed too.

I find vibes that use C batteries are most definitely 5 vrooms, above all any others. of course, I haven't tried everything.

yeah the highest setting on the Salsa is too much for me! It's more that I get numb rather than unable to "handle" it.

Yes, 5 vrooms is usually a bit too much for me, I prefer 3 to 4 vrooms when I use my Jopen Vanity rabbits.

I like lots of power- 4 or 5 vrooms is best. However, I don't like pinpoint stimulation like the Salsa offers. I want that power spread out over a larger area. Pinpoint stimulation just hurts me.

I got a Hitachi it was too strong. It left me feeling numb and my orgasms felt like "meh." instead of the earth-shattering ones other people claim to have from it. I can have better orgasms from my own hand than I can get from the Hitachi. I'd rather have 4 vrooms because 5 is just way too numbing.

I usually like a high 2 or 3 vrooms. I'm a power wimp and a girth wimp! What I REALLY like is a toy that has a super low setting that I can use to work up to a 3 vroom setting. I know a lot of people need more power, though!

I am similar to you, here.

And most of the time? I don't need 5 vrooms. If I haven't used a strong toy in a while, then it's too much.

I need 5 vrooms to get where I want to be. I find that only the Wahl Classic and the Hitachi really get to a 5. The old (now discontinued from Eden, but it can be purchased elsewhere) Nasstoys Ultimate Massager, a Pocket Rocket, gets close, but it's more of a 4.5. It's about the only battery powered toy that gets that close. No other pocket rocket gets that strong. There was an other old toy, the Taffy Tickler, that ran on two C batteries. Damn, that was about a 4.8!

I have actually found the rechargeable toys don't get strong enough for me.

I love my Wahl which is definitely a 5 vrooms to me. I pretty much have to have that much intensity. I am interested in a Salsa or Tango. I also want an Inspire massager.

I just purchased the Hitachi like literally just finished checking out! I have been debating getting this for awhile, but wasn't sure if it was as strong as everyone says after seeing it mentioned in here a few times I'm convinced it def. worth the money!!
hmmm when my hubby yells about how much it was I'm going to explain that we will save on batteries!! lol

5 vrooms is usually too much for me. I am similar to the comments above with regards to "numbing". I don't really like ultra powerful vibrations because they tend to numb me, not necessarily that I can't handle them.

I find this for the USB-powered ones all the time. some of them are stronger, but not all of them are. It's a shame.
