Most people do prefer stronger. Me too. The stronger the better. You can always lessen the strength -such as by adding clothing or turning the vibe down - but you can't always make it stronger! However, when it comes to buzzy, cheap bullet type vibrations, the strength does no good. They only numb me. I tend to need something slightly penetrative. Evolved's toys usually do well, REALLY well for me. I find that sometimes even the luxury vibrators don't quite cut it though.

I think it depends on the toy. For my clit I like having to build up it makes the end more enjoyable, but it has to be just strong enough to finish.
