It's stretchy, so it shouldn't be too difficult. You might check the reviews to see if they mention how hard it is to do

The bullet came out nice and easy for me, the problem seemed that the bullet was sealed so a new battery wouldnt be an option, if you were able to find the same size bullet though it would be a pretty easy swap.

I think that might make a problem because the silver is so fine that they might vibrate each other out!

I can tell you first hand, it will fit pretty much any bullet EF carries. Here is a pick from a review I did on the 6 Pack Motor Refill

Its very easy to replace it. I use a bullet type one and it goes in very easy and is deffinitly worth replacing!
